For some of our earring and ring styles, we design them. Our production partner makes samples of our designs. We perfect the samples until they are to our liking before the styles are manufactured and introduced in our shop.

GIFTS
• All items are packaged in a paper jewelry box, ready for gifting.
• If you are buying multiple gifts, please leave a note at check out and we will include white flat gift boxes with your order.
• If you are sending a gift directly to the recipient, don't worry about there being a receipt in the package. Since order receipts are emailed directly to you, we don't ever include one when we ship items.
PRODUCTION TIME
We usually make and package items in 1-3 business days. Production time does not include shipping time.
US SHIPPING SERVICES
Standard Shipping:
• 3-5 business days after we ship out
Priority Shipping:
• 2-3 business days after we ship out
Express Shipping:
• 1-2 business days after we ship out
On rare occasions, the package gets delayed in transit and may take USPS up to 2-3 weeks for delivery. Send us a message if you haven't received it after 3 weeks and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
RETURN POLICY
• We accept returns for a refund (minus shipping fees) within 14 days of receipt of the order. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
• Engraved pieces, earrings, and custom listings are FINAL SALE items.
JEWELRY CARE
• To make these jewelry pieces last, keep them away from sweat, perfume, lotion, water, and any other products with moisture and chemicals.
• Take them off before bed and keep them clean and dry in an air-tight zip lock bag when not in use.
• For plated pieces, rub with a piece of soft cotton cloth to clean off dirt and grime.
• For gold filled/sterling silver pieces, clean with mild soap & warm water and let dry completely.
